Children's Circus Birthday Parties
Looking for something a little different for your child's birthday? Are they a fan of The Greatest Showman? St Albans Trapeze offers circus-themed aerial workshop for children aged 7-13, where children learn moves, climbs and poses on the static trapeze, aerial silks and aerial hammocks.
We start our circus parties with a few active games to get the children well warmed up and prepared for the following activities. We then divide them into small groups of three or four, and take them round the different stations of aerial silks, static trapeze and aerial hammock (we can also add aerial hoop if requested!) At the end, we gather them together for the all-important group photo together.
Parties are 1 hour with a maximum of 16 children (please note that this can depend on instructor availability). We maintain a ratio of 4:1 children to instructors, all of whom have enhanced DBS checks and first aid training.
If you would like to have an after party with snacks and cake, the dining room next to the hall can be rented to you. While we don't provide food, you are very welcome to bring your own.
We also offer private aerial sessions for families, or aerial arts hen parties!
"I just wanted to thank you for the wonderful party that you gave Elin. The girls had such a wonderful time." Krysten Williams
"I wanted to let you know that Lori had a wonderful time at her party and all the children went away so happy! I was amazed at how well they all did and behaved. Your party leaders were so fun and engaging that the children waited patiently in line and learnt so many new skills. I was very proud of them all! Thank you again to yourself, Ali, Natalie and Tasha for a fantastic party experience!" - Gail Crownshaw
"My daughter said it was the best birthday present ever! She absolutely loved it. Pete and Natalie were amazing (how do they make it look so easy??) and really did a great job of making it really fun and very challenging for her. She got to try loads of moves and at no time did I get even the slightest bit worried for her safety as they were so obviously skilled in managing the safety aspect. My 7 year old even got to have a little go too, which he loved!
"From my point of view – I felt like the whole booking and logistics/communication aspect was fantastic too. I had plenty of reminders all with the relevant information in so it made it really easy for me. Thanks for an all-round fantastic experience. We all loved it and I managed to get some really fab photos – which was a bonus!" - Jenny Rautenberg
